Accuracy matters to us. If you spot an error on any IDS platform, please tell us.
How to report an error
Email corrections@ids.co.ke with:
- The URL of the page containing the error
- A short description of what is incorrect
- The correct information and a source if you can
What we do
We review every report. Confirmed errors are fixed promptly. For significant factual errors, we add a visible correction note to the page so the record is transparent. We do not silently alter content without noting that a change was made.
On rates and data
Rates, prices and tariffs change frequently. We timestamp and update this data on a schedule, but always verify time-critical figures with the original provider before relying on them for decisions.
