What We Do

We build and operate digital platforms across a focused set of areas. Each one is held to our shared Editorial & Data Standards.

Five areas. One standard.

We don't try to do everything. We focus on areas where we can be the most trustworthy answer to a real Kenyan question, and we build original content and tools around them.

  • News & information

We bring Kenya's news together — clustering related coverage from multiple sources into clear, AI-assisted summaries written in our own words and linked back to every source — alongside original reporting and analysis. Summaries are labelled as summaries.

  • Higher standard

    Financial & market information

We build platforms that help Kenyans understand markets, currency and mobile money. This is information and education, not financial advice. We apply our highest standard of sourcing, dating and disclosure — drawing on authoritative sources such as the Central Bank of Kenya, the Nairobi Securities Exchange, and licensed mobile-money operators.

  • Sports

We produce statistics, results and original coverage, with a Kenyan and East African focus alongside the global game.

  • Media & broadcast discovery

We make Kenyan broadcast media easier to discover and access, organised with original context and clear attribution to official sources.

  • Everyday tools & utilities

We build practical calculators and tools designed around Kenyan rules and rates, each paired with a plain-language explanation of how it works.

Original across the board.

Across all of these, we add real value: original tools, original reporting and data analysis, and curation that organises and summarises the wider picture. We use AI to assist with writing and to cluster and summarise multiple sources. We never republish others' articles verbatim; summaries are written in our own words, labelled as summaries, and linked to every source they draw on.
